DO YOU SEND A MOCKUP FOR CUSTOM NAME ORDERS BEFORE SHIPPING THE PRODUCT?
For orders with custom names and dates, yes! Once you have placed your order, you will receive a design(s) within 2-3 days to your email. You can change the design until you love it! (There is no limit on how many times the design can be modified. All edits are included in your order)
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Orders are processed and sent to print within 3-7 business days. Shipping depends on where you are located.
USA: 2-6 business days*
Canada: 1-2 weeks*
*These are estimated shipping times.
HOW DO RETURNS / REFUNDS WORK?
Our refund policy allows for a 14-day window from the date of delivery to request a refund if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. As all of our products are made to order, all sales are considered final.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns, even if you've changed your mind about the product or no longer require it.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR I HAVE DELIVERY ISSUES?
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will send a new one to print with proof of damage if there is time before your event.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the delivery process. It is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your package. If you do experience a problem with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will do our best to assist you in the process, but ultimately, the resolution of any delivery issues is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
HOW ARE YOUR ITEMS MADE?
We personally design each item, choosing the colors and ensuring that every detail meets our standards. To keep up with the growing demand and ensure you receive your orders quickly, we partner with a trusted print-on-demand company in the US. They handle the printing and shipping, allowing us to focus on creating new designs for you while managing our other projects and daily life!
HOW DO I GET RID OF THE WRINKLES ON THE BANNER?
To remove wrinkles, either use a steamer, toss it in the dryer on wrinkle release or use an iron with a cloth in between fabric. We do not recommend using an iron directly on the banner.
HOW DO I HANG MY BANNER?
• Thumb tacks or push pins
• Double-sided tape or 3M Command Strips
• Velcro strips
• Putty
• Cut holes and add grommets in any color! You can find kits at craft stores or on Amazon.
• Use rope/string by stitching the top edge of the banner around a long piece of rope or string, creating a sleeve.
• Frame it!
WHY DOES THE COLOR LOOK DIFFERENT THAN WHAT I ORDERED?
It's important to note that the colors displayed on your monitor or phone
screen may differ slightly from the printed version. All screens display colors differently.
Please remember the ambient lighting of your space (whether it's the warmth of incandescent bulbs, the coolness of fluorescent, or the shades of daylight) along with the room's brightness level, can influence the look of the color.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Please note that all sales are considered final. However, in the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days after delivery and we will send a replacement item to you. If there isn't enough time before your required date, we will issue a full refund instead.
